Hi Andre and welcome back on the new USM platform!
Thanks for inviting me!

Where are you right now and what are you cooking?
In Barcelona in a restaurant above my basement studio as that’s the only place with wifi around. At the moment i am working on new music pretty much 24/7.

Your latest single "Circuit Breaker" is already in our favorite list. Tell us some "keypoints" of this release and what is coming next?
I wanted to do something really toolish and functional; just a weapon for DJ’s and the kind of track that i’d play out myself a lot. If i recall it right, it’s also the first track where i used a vocal of myself pretty dry. It’s fun to work with your own voice and it gives a lot of character.

Have you any bookings for Greece in the short future? What's your plans for appearances?
I played quite a lot in Greece when i did more "pop"ish music, but right now i’m moving towards techno - let’s see how long it takes until Greece discovers that side of mine.

Your music projects is always club oriented or you have a second music shadow a B side of "Andre"? Some favourite bands, artists, music styles for clearing your head and your ears? It would be great if you have something secret like a sound or a quote to share with us!
Right now, i’m just focused on dancefloor music. You have to realize that i have only been working seriously on solo production since a year, so i am still developing my own voice musically, and feel the need to focus on music for clubs; because that’s the places which book me after all.

What's your plans for today?
A few more hours of music production, i have a nice loop waiting to be arranged downstairs in the studio.

Share with us something positive and motivating?
I thought for many years that i had no talent for music production. Then i realized in order to have a future as dj, i’d HAVE to become a good producer and went to work about getting there. There’s still a lot to learn, but i already did learn a lot since that decision. So, if you really want to achieve something, just get to work on it, and don’t let anybody - least yourself - hold you back.

Thank you for your time and good luck! :) Positive vibes from all our team
Thanks for your questions!
