1. How i can order a USM promo plan?
You have to complete the order form on the following link: https://www.urbanstylemag.gr/promotional-service and then after reviewing your request we will send you a payment link to complete your order.
2. How i can pay the plan that i've selected?
After reviewing your order request, you will get a Paypal link to complete your order. There is no need to have a Paypal account. You can pay through Paypal secure form with your credit or debit card. Security Note: No one from USM will ask you for your credit or debit card information.
3. Can i cancel my order before payment?
You can cancel anytime before the payment. You can send us an email to info@urbanstylemag.gr to ignore your promo order.
4. Can i cancel my order after the payment?
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within one hour of purchase. After that period we can't refund. You will have the ability to use this promo package that you paid for a future release.
5. How many days you need to review my order request?
We need approximately 48hours to review your request. If your release is not related with USM we will let you know.
6. What kind of electronic music USM covers?
USM covers contemporary electronic music, styles like electronica, idm, ambient, techno, house and definitely not commercial electronic music.
7. How many days before an upcoming release you need the promo information?
For reviews, interviews and mixtapes we are flexible, we can schedule together your preferable date of publication. For premieres idealistically 1 month before the official release.
8. I'm a company can you send me an invoice?
Yes, you can fill with your company details the specific field on the order form and we will forwarded to you after the payment. If you forgot to do that please send us an email with your company information at info@urbanstylemag.gr.
9. Price includes VAT?
Yes, all the prices includes VAT 24% (Greece).
10. Who will review my album/ep/single?
Your release will be reviewed by music professionals partners of USM.
11. Who will take me an interview?
You will get interviewed by music professionals partners of USM.
12. Which are the social media networks of USM?
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Soundcloud, Spotify
13. Can you host a podcast that is already published by another media?
No in USM we have a strict policy and we publish only unique unpublished material.
14. Can you host an interview that is already published by another media?

15. Can i change the information that i've send you in the order form?
Yes you can send us an update at info@urbanstylemag.gr as soon as possible.
16. How many days you need to write a music review?
We need at least 7 - 14 working days.
17. How many days you need to make an interview?
We need at least 7 - 14 working days.
18. How i know that you published my promo material?
You will get an email from our team including all the necessary links and information.
About music reviews
The pricing includes review for 3 tracks EP. For every additional track the cost is 10euro / extra track.
