Research of sounds

In 1990 the song “Anog” by Israeli band “Noar Shulayim” was released, bringing a new and and exciting message on sexual identity and freedom, backed by the extrovert image of the lead singer, Mickiyagi.

Twenty eight years later, Yonatan Rukhman pays tribute to this song with his own cover version. Adding a deep spacey remix of his sci fi alter-ego CTRL SHIFT DEFEAT he spins this Israeli milestone right into the international club scene. The lyrics of the song contain a dialogue between the sun and the moon, and deployed in Yonatan Rukhman’s sci fi vision, generates a space voyage inspired by Kubrick’s “2001:Space Odyssey”. CTRL SHIFT DEFEAT’s remix deepens the vibe in a psychedelic House/Techno trip.
