We have the pleasure to announce that Kyrro, an Amsterdam based DJ/Producer will be releasing his debut EP Out of Seasons on our imprint 1302 Records. We are very excited about this release because it will start shaping the sound of our up and coming label.

Kyrro alias George Kury, has finally unlocked his vault, 10 years of producing from his home studio. The time he took to unveil his music isn’t for no reason. He has been mastering his sound and his gear in order to find his own stories through music.
Playing Rock and Blues on the guitar while growing up in the ‘90s, the French artist then picked up a synth and started experimenting to electronic horizons. Now in the studio, the symbiosis of software and hardware using synths and drum machines enables him to creates his personal soundscapes.
His musical background ranges from Chopin, Grieg and Satie to Larry Heard, Deepchord and Convextion. Though Kyrro doesn’t like to limit himself to a specific genre of music, his personal favorites styles include detroit electronics, dub, ambient and drones.

Out of Seasons is an EP of progressive techno with deep chords and cloudy elements exploring our stands in life and how time and space shape us constantly.
As in the movie Taxi Driver, the antihero would rise and hail with strength “Listen, you f***ers, you screwheads. Here is a man who would not take it anymore. A man who stood up against the scum, the cunts, the dogs, the filth, the shit. Here is a man who stood up.”
