Taff is the indietronica project of Greek film editor and director George Tsirogiannis.

George was born in 1991 in Athens, Greece. He was attracted to melodies from a very young age. Although he never got a formal music education, he plays the piano, keyboards and guitar. In his 20s, he delved into the world of electronic music production, influenced by acts such as the xx, Moderat, Röyksopp and iamamiwhoami.

Taff started in 2016 in Athens, Greece, purely as a hobby driven by George's love for music and digital audio workstations. Fusing delicate male vocals with heavy synth sounds and sample-made beats, he writes, records and mixes his music in what he likes to call a "living room studio"; a pretty basic studio that consists of a PC with Ableton Live, his old Yamaha NP-30 stage piano, his newer Arturia Minilab keyboard and a Sennheiser dynamic microphone.

A track written this way during the summer of 2016 and called Before It's Too Late found its way onto Spotify and other music stores. Before It's Too Late was discovered by music blogger Deer du Bois and was featured in HighClouds weekly playlist "This Week in Music".

Taff has now become George's side project in-between film work. His new single A Million Waves will be released on September 29, 2017.
